Mondo Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing Mondo Fly Fishing gear. We make gear that does more than just look great. We make gear that withstands the rigors of your adventure on the water.  If you have a Mondo Fly Fishing product that is not working, we want to fix it for you!

All Mondo Fly Fishing products have a 1 year limited warranty. We offer this warranty against manufacturer’s defects. We warranty all Mondo Fly Fishing products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, fire, theft, loss, intentional damage or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear-and tear.  Mondo Fly Fishing reserves the right to replace any discontinued models with the newer models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement product.

Repair & Replacement Policy

Mondo Fly Fishing understands that accidents happen.  We want to make sure that you’re covered when you shut the car door on your rod or crack the tip of your rod throwing meaty streamers at sloppy browns.  For this, we offer a repair/replacement program for all Mondo rods that costs only $40 to the original owner of the rod, for life.  Simply Send the entire rod(broken pieces also) freight paid and insured to this address:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Reason for return
  • Return address, where you would like us to return your repaired rod
  • $40 Check made out to Mondo Fly Fishing

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! If you purchased an item on the Mondo Fly Fishing online store and would like to return it or exchange it please follow the directions below.

  • All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from Mondo Fly Fishing.
  • Returns and exchanges must be unused, clean, and undamaged.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original card it was placed on.
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping repairs, refunds or exchanges back to Mondo Fly fishing.
  • Mondo Fly Fishing will ship exchanges out free of charge.

Please include the following information:

  • Customer name the order was placed under
  • Order Number
  • Model, size, color of product you are trying to refund or exchange
  • If you are requesting a refund, briefly describe why.
  • If you are requesting an exchange, please list which color and size you would like to exchange your product for.

Your product will be inspected at our warehouse. Once the inspection is complete we will refund your card or ship out your exchange. You will get a confirmation email once your card has been refunded or once your exchange product has shipped.
